Martin J. Perez

Martin grew up on the west coast. He has lived in different cities from San Diego, California to Seattle, Washington and then to what he now considers his home, Coeur D’Alene, Idaho. He studied Health Psychology at Bastyr University, one of the top Holistic Health Universities in the United States, and studied abroad in Mexico for 6 years, making him fluent in both English and Spanish. He loves working with people. He has worked in different industries from event coordinators to restaurants, ranging from casual service to fine dining. He is also involved with the community and likes to stay active with the seasons. Martin does volunteer work for local businesses and non-profits in his free time and enjoys all of the outdoor activities Spokane and North Idaho have to offer during the summer and winter. Quite recently, after doing some soul searching for the right career, Martin found his passion in Real Estate. He looks forward to meeting new clients and sharing his knowledge of what it’s like to live in Spokane and North Idaho.
